Switching vaults
Simply click another vault in the sidebar. The current vault closes, the new one opens with its own conversations, dictionary and audit log. The vault colour, visible everywhere, confirms where you are.
What happens to your draft
If you have unsent text in the composer when you switch vaults (or close the vault), Trust6 warns you clearly: your draft has not been sent and it will not follow you.
This is not a technical limitation, it is a protection: each vault is isolated, and carrying text written in one client’s context into another client’s vault is exactly the kind of leak Trust6 exists to prevent. The draft dies with its vault’s composer.
Practical tip: before switching vaults, send your message or copy it somewhere if you want to keep it.
What is always preserved
- All sent conversations stay in their vault, encrypted, and are there at the next opening.
- Attached files and their extracted text stay in the vault where you dropped them.
- Each vault’s audit log keeps faithfully telling its own story.
